The staff of the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission has approved a set of 6 townhomes to be constructed at the northeast corner of 13th and Central.
They look to be a nice addition to the neighborhood.

Like all of the flat developments in other cities? I guess it’s never safe to assume the quality of construction without more details. But I’m not going to freak out if I don’t see any gables.
when and where do u go to put in application for one of the townhomes and how many bedrooms r they going to have and can u tell me how big and how much thanks
Good to see they empty lot filled.
Great to see some flat roofs
until they leak…

Bad to see the same old, boring, crappy design.

On second thought, it appears they are brick, and not the awful stucco slabs. I guess they look pretty nice.
