I have the privilege of showing some photographs at the Mass Ave Wine Shoppe for the month of November. I have assembled a small set of photos from the last year worth of travelling around the country.

My aim is to help expose people to the superior transit systems that appear around the country.

Even in cities that are similar in size and economic power to ours such as Charlotte, NC & Portland, OR.

I also showed some big city hitters such as Chicago & Washington D.C.

If you are out and about, I will be there for the opening from at least 6-8 with my son in tow. Come by and say hi and talk about buses and trains with me!

All the rail lines are what keep me coming back to Chicago.

DC Metro is so photogenic because of its geometric design. But almost all the stations look alike. Metro Center, with its dual level tracks and X-crossing vaulted ceiling, is really something. (Also confusing/nerve-wracking for users, to be sure one catches the right train going the right way.)

Someday, go to Philadelphia and get some shots of their “light rail”, the subway-surface trolley cars. I sure hope they’ve been replaced since I rode them in the 70’s and 80’s…but SEPTA still runs commuter rail equipment from the 60’s and early 70’s.

you should have shown a picture of yourself looking down and indianapolis road or highway and crying…….
