Better Blocks – East Washington Street (UPDATE)

This Saturday, a block of East Washington Street near Rural will be transformed under the Better Blocks program. Â This is the first installment of this idea in Indianapolis, which intends to engage residents in the potential for a new vision for their streetscapes.
