In a partial follow-up to a post from April of 2015, Milhaus has applied to switch the final phase of its project at 10th and Park from flats to condominiums. They will match the style on the northern end of the unit:
This is intriguing as it represents fewer units overall for the project. It will go from housing 28 flat-style units to 13 condos. This is mixed news, but it does mean less density in a downtown block.

The Indianapolis Historic Preservation Council has released their May portfolio, which includes a number of new infill houses, along with some new elevations for the Milhaus proposal for the corner of College and St. Clair Streets. It looks to be a solid proposal:

Milhaus has sent a press release promoting their new development located at 10th and Park. Unlike many new downtown projects that have occurred since the 2008 market crash, this one is intended to be owner-occupied. A few new renderings were released and are shown below:

This is an update of the previous case by Milhaus to construct a new apartment complex in the Chatham Arch neighborhood. That case has been withdrawn, and a new proposal has been filed for a possible restaurant and bar with rooftop seating. A few renderings are shown below:

The Indianapolis Business Journal’s Property Lines blog has posted an article about the approval of a new large multi-building project at the corner of College Avenue and North Street. Â This article has plenty of information on it, but Urban Indy has been fortunate enough to receive additional renderings of the project from Craig McCormick, principal of Blackline Architecture:
